摘要:随着近几年来电子商务的飞速发展,新兴的电子商务为第三方物流市场创造了新的市场需求。一方面物流的日益成熟促进电子商务的发展,另一方面电子商务的发展也对传统物流行业提出了新的要求。新时代的速递物流企业想要谋求进一步的发展就必须与电子商务紧密结合,跟上时代的步伐。本文基于电子商务日趋大众化的市场背景,对比了现有速递企业的发展模式,分析中国邮政快递物流(EMS)的核心竞争能力,并通过SWOT分析方法指出EMS在新的电子商务市场背景下所具有的优势和经营过程中存在的问题。最后针对其经营中国存在的各方面的问题,提出了几点建议。

Abstract: In recent years the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce provides a huge market demand for the third party logistics market. Logistics and promote the development of electronic commerce, the electronic commerce development put forward new requirements on the traditional logistics industry. Express logistics enterprises in the new era to seek further development must combine with e-commerce, keep pace with the times.
