摘要:近几年国内兴起的物流金融给中小企业融资带来了福音。然而由于发展处于起步阶段，银行、企业、第三方物流企业都没有足够的经验。这项金融创新带来合作多方共赢的同时也带来了风险。而国内的一些外资银行，其总行所在的西方国家往往物流金融已相当发达，分支机构在中国经过多年的发展，在中国银行业的某些领域已经具备了足够的竞争力。本文对某外资银行——Z银行的三种物流金融业务进行分析总结，分别是仓单质押业务、保兑仓业务和应收账款质押融资业务，了解具体业务流程的同时分析所存在的风险，并对在该银行日常风险防控的基础上提出具体建议措施。通过对外资银行的业务研究，可以学习西方物流金融的先进处，为我国中资银行的发展提供理论基础。

Abstract: In recent years, the rise of the domestic logistics finance brings the good news to SME financing. However, due to the development in its infancy, banks, businesses, third-party logistics companies do not have enough experience. This financial innovation brings not only win-win cooperation but also risks. And some domestic foreign banks, whose head office is located in Western countries, tend to have well-developed logistics finance. After years of development, those branches in China already have a competitive enough in some areas. In this paper, a foreign bank - Z bank, three modes were analyzed and summarized, whose financial services, namely, warehouse receipts pledge business, warehouse business and insurance against pledge of accounts receivable financing business. It is aimed to understand the specific business processes and analyzes the risks that exist, and make specific recommendations on the basis of the bank's daily measures to prevent and control risks. Through the study of foreign banks in the business, you can learn the advanced Western Logistics, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of Chinese-funded banks in China.
