摘要:本文主要目的是研究苏宁线上线下销售模式中的物流配送环节。首先简要介绍了苏宁公司的发展概况,介绍了苏宁目前的物流配送现状,包括苏宁目前物流基地的总体建设情况,并大致介绍了其物流配送发展历程中的四个阶段,指出苏宁物流配送模式主要是其自建的物流体系。接着对当前零售企业线上线下的发展状况进行了分析,探讨零售企业线上线下协调发展的必要性,然后简要介绍了苏宁目前线上线下协调发展的现状,并指出目前苏宁线上线下销售模式的物流配送环节主要存在的几个问题,然后针对苏宁线上线下销售模式协调发展当中存在的这些物流配送问题提出了一些对策和解决方案。
