摘要：“农超对接”是我国针对生鲜农产品的流通方式做出的一次重大革新，本文简单阐述了我国传统生鲜农产品流通方式的的弊端，如流通环节较多，浪费成本和资源；流通时间较长，产品质量安全得不到保证；信息化程度较低，难以形成全程监控；组织化程度较低，难以形成规模经济，导致农民和市民都不得利。又分析了农超对接的优势，如减少流通环节，降低成本，节约资源；建立健全信息化体系，从而全程可控，降低了食品质量安全风险；生产过程组织化信息化程度提高，农民增收，百姓得利。并着重分析了在农超对接中，生鲜农产品的第三方冷链配送应承担的职能，如汇集和保护农产品；减少流通时间，节约物流成本；缓解市场供需矛盾。在此基础上关于如何提高第三方物流配送中心运营效率、提高服务水平，提出了建立专业冷链体系、加强信息化建设、规范行业标准等几点要求。

Abstract:"Agriculture super docking" is for fresh agricultural products circulation in our country to make a major innovation, this article simply expounds the the shortcomings of the traditional manner of fresh agricultural products circulation in our country, such as circulation, more waste cost and resources; Circulation for a long time, not guaranteed product quality and safety; Informatization level is low, it is difficult to form the whole monitoring; Organization degree is low, it is difficult to form scale economy, lead to farmers and citizens are not allowed. And analyzes on the advantages of the farmers and, such as reducing circulation, reduce costs, save resources; Establishing and perfecting the information system, to control all the way, reduces the food quality safety risk; Improve the production process organization informatization degree, increasing farmers' income, benefit the people. And emphatically analyzed in farmers and the third party cold chain of fresh agricultural products distribution of functions, such as the collection and protection of agricultural products; To reduce the circulation time, saving cost; Alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the market. On this basis on how to improve the operational efficiency of third party logistics distribution center, improve service levels, proposed to establish professional cold chain system, to strengthen the construction of informatization, industry standard of time requirements.
