摘要:艺龙作为在线旅游电商的先发企业,由于经营不善,导致其连年亏损,并与携程网的差距逐渐增大。面对残酷的竞争环境,艺龙实施酒店聚焦战略,这一举措使得行业老二艺龙成功扭转连年亏损的局面,并取得了业界瞩目的成绩。本文运用进攻战略理论、定位理论、竞争战略理论以及其他分析工具,深入分析艺龙的差异化战略选择过程,最后,本文通过详实的数据,评估了艺龙进攻战略的实施效果,并阐述了艺龙网的进攻战略的成功实施为其他行业的企业带来的启发。

Abstract:As the first onling traveling business, elong had to face successive losses and expanding gap between itself and Ctrip. Facing the brutal competition, e-long decides to implement hotel focusing strategy which reverses the situation of losses and achieves success. This paper applies attacking strategy theory, positioning theory, competitive strategy and other analytical tools to analyze the selection process of differentiation strategy. Finally, this paper evaluates the effect of elong attacking strategy through detailed data and draws some conclusions to inspire other companies.
