摘要:作为中国互联网最具代表性的综合服务商,腾讯公司近年来的发展可谓是风生水起。但企业虽然发展迅猛, 却在收获嘉奖的同时受到社会各界的质疑。据悉企业的营运模式成本负担过重,网络游戏的大量宣传与覆盖让企业有悖于青少年健康成长等良性发展问题。针对这些问题,腾讯公司一直宣称在改进的道路上,企业也在思考如何合理开发新技术、承担社会责任。本文通过文献资料分析及数据对比,旨在研究企业现行的盈利模式能否适应现阶段愈发激烈的互联网市场,以及其未来可持续发展中将会面临的问题,并带给整个行业一定的启示。

Abstract: Tencent Inc is one of the Chinese Internet service providers. It’s development in recent years has attracted worldwide attention. However, it was also questioned from all walks of life due to its swift growth. Conflicts about enterprise’s positioning, high cost of management, social responsibility have been brought on the table, which have done harm to its future. Based on this, the Tencent Inc needs to change the profit model, focusing on technology innovation, reasonable market positioning, social responsibility. Actually, the commercial war of Tencent in recent years has aroused people’s curiosity that whether the current profit model could help Tencent to obtain long-term victory, or how far it can go on in the competition field.
