摘要:由于当代企业之间的竞争日趋激烈化和残酷化,人力资源已成为诸多企业越来越重视的一项因素。而薪酬管理则是现代人力资源管理的不可或缺的一个组成部分。一家公司的薪酬体系设计的是否科学,合理,关系到该企业能否在同行业屹立不倒,实现自身的战略目标。
因而作为企业的管理者,其必须时刻关注的一个问题就是,如何发挥公司薪酬制度的有效性,达到激励员工以及提高组织绩效的目的。本文通过采取访谈,网上搜索,问卷调查的方式,不断搜集企业相关的各项内部资料,发现公司现有的薪酬体系存在若干问题,比如薪资水平偏低,绩效考核指标和等级设置不够合理等。最后,将相关理论和凯鹏公司的具体实际相结合,提出一些改革措施,以提高员工对薪酬的满意度,进而更好地吸纳人才、留住人才。

Abstract:Modern enterprises have been facing fierce and cruel competition, It results that human resources has became an extremely indispensible factor in many companies. And compensation management is indispensable in modern human resource management. One company's compensation system design is closely related to the company's survival in the same industry and the achievement of strategic objectives.
as a business manager, a problem which must always pay attention to is how to play the effectiveness of the company's pay system, to achieve the purpose of motivating employees and improving organizational performance. In this paper, by the way of taking interviews, online search, making a survey, obtaining a large number of information related to the internal, founding a number of problems, such as low wages, unreasonable performance index. Finally, combing theory with Kai Peng’s specific fact, put forward reforms to improve employee satisfaction with pay, so as to better attract and retain qualified personnel.
