摘要:沃尔玛作为全球连锁超市的龙头企业，它去的成功的关键因素就在于他拥有一个强大的物流配送系统。在这个系统中，充分应用了自动补货系统，条码技术，全球定位系统等先进的物流信息技术。在本篇论文中，我们研究了沃尔玛为什么会在全球范围内取得成功，他的配送模式是如何建立起来的，分析了为什么这种模式在中国却行不通。通过分析我国连锁企业的现状，以及物流业发展的滞后，寻找出解决难题的对策。沃尔玛成功的模式的哪些经验值得我们借鉴。
