摘要:随着供应链物流的不断发展,企业也越来越重视对供应链的管理,通过供应链管理提高服务水平并降低物流成本,最大限度的发挥整体效益,获得可持续的竞争优势。永辉超市通过十年的发展已经成为了中国大型的以生鲜为主的民营企业,是“农改超”的典型企业。永辉能够如此快速的崛起,与其独特的生鲜物流运营模式是密不可分的,所以基于供应链管理理论分析永辉超市的生鲜物流运营模式具有很大的实际意义。
论文首先将阐明本文的研究背景、目的及现实意义,然后通过对永辉超市的物流采购、运输、仓储三个方面现状的阐述,分析其生鲜物流运营模式的优势和劣势以及合理化程度。最后基于供应链管理理论对永辉超市生鲜运营的物流采购、运输和仓储进行进一步的分析得出研究结论,同时提出自己的建议。

ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of the supply chain logistics, companies take supply chain management more and more serious, through which they can improve their service, reduce logistics costs, as well as maximize the overall efficiency, and get a sustainable competitive advantage. Through decades of development, Y&H Supermarket has become one of the largest private enterprises that are fresh mainly in China, and it is the typical enterprise of "agricultural reform". The fast development of Y&H Supermarket closely links its unique fresh logistics operation mode, so the theoretical analysis, which is based on supply chain management, of Y&H's fresh logistics mode has a great practical significance.
Firstly, this paper will discuss the research background, purpose and practical significance. Then through the analysis of Y&H's logistics procurement, transportation, and warehousing, this paper will show readers the advantage and weakness, as well as the rationalization of its fresh logistics operation mode. Finally, based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper will analyze the procurement, transportation and storage of Y&H's fresh logistics and then draw conclusions. At the same time, the author will put forward some personal advice.
