摘要:随着经济全球化的发展,企业要想在此竞争激烈的环境中生存并发展下去,仅靠单个企业是不行的,必须以协同的方式将企业上下游联系起来,将内外部的资源进行整合,才能具有竞争优势。对于服装行业来说,需求的变动性大,时效性强,竞争也异常激烈,这对整个服装供应链的管理也提出了很高的要求。为了适应激烈的市场竞争,价值链管理作为当代企业管理的核心理念也越来越多的受到重视。要是在供应链管理和价值链管理方面赢得良好的竞争,企业在激烈的市场环境下也能立于不败之地。

    本文通过对供应链管理的相关理论知识,以及服装行业的相关了解,对ZARA公司进行了案例分析,分析出ZARA供应链管理方面的优势,同时也认识到未来将要面对的威胁与挑战。这对服装行业的供应链管理具有一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT:Along with the development of economic globalization, the enterprise wants to survive in the competitive environment and development, only by the individual enterprises are not enough, must will be linked to upstream and downstream enterprises in the form of collaboration, will integrate the internal and external resources, in order to have a competitive edge. For garment industry, the demand variability is large, strong timeliness, competition is fierce, also for the whole garment supply chain management are also put forward very high requirements.In order to adapt to the fierce market competition, value chain management as the core concept of modern enterprise management is also more and more attention. If the supply chain management and value chain management to win the good competition, enterprises in the fierce market environment can also be in an impregnable position.

  This article through to the relevant theoretical knowledge of supply chain management, as well as the apparel industry related knowledge, the ZARA company for case analysis, ZARA is analyzed with the advantages of supply chain management, also realized that the future will face threats and challenges. The apparel industry supply chain management has a certain reference value.
