摘要:电子商务的发展纵深到了社会的每一个处,但物流配送成了电子商务发展的瓶颈问题,物流瓶颈的消除不但能让从事B to C电子商务的企业通过节约大的成本费用来实现真正的高额利润,而且还能给广大消费者们带来真正的方便和利益。
在这里,我们的研究对象为一个网络直销的企业,在最近几年引领中国网络服装销售的企业——A企业。文中以文献综述的形式阐述了国内外研究现状,研究了国内电子商务物流企业的物流配送模式,并对如这几种物流模式进行了阐述,在提出B2C企业物流配送所存在的问题。然后在对A企业物流模式进行分析,找到问题,提出改进问题的方法措施,来改进A企业物流配送的现状。

ABSTRACT:E-commerce reaches deep into every corner of the society, but logistics distribution has became the bottleneck for e-commerce development. If we can eliminate the bottleneck not only we can let B to C e-commerce enterprises save a lot of cost but also to realize the real high profits, it benefits to the consumers for convenience and Interests.
Here, our research object is a network of direct sales enterprise, It leads China's online garment sales enterprises in recent years. This article firstly studied the domestic e-commerce logistics enterprise logistics distribution mode, and these logistics mode are expounded. Then we made Enterprise as the research object to analyzes the main problems of logistics distribution mode. And in view of the problem, and found out the main influence factors of logistics distribution mode, coupled with China's e-commerce logistics distribution situation, put forward some measures to improve the problem, finally to improve the enterprise development of the electronic commerce logistics services.
