摘要:物流成本在生产制造企业的成本支出中占据这重大的比例，仓储成本是企业物流成本的重要组成部分。通过降低仓储成本，可以有效降低企业的成本支出，提高企业获得的经济效益。
随着供应链管理理念的发展，生产制造企业更加意识到供应链模式对企业发展的重大意义。通过研究国内外在供应链管理环境下的物流仓储成本，进而得出控制仓储成本的手段，可以使企业降低自身的仓储成本和物流总成本。
分析我国内生产制造企业在仓储模式中存在的问题，利用现代的仓储控制手段，结合实际考查中获得的信息，对国内某汽车制造企业的问题进行分析和对策研究。针对提高仓储效率、减少成本提出合理的建议，达到降低企业仓储成本的目标。
