摘要:经济的持续增长造成市场竞争越演越烈。国外零售业的涌入，给正处于探索期和初具规模的中国零售市场带来了巨大压力。在新势态下，零售企业必须寻求一种全新的管理理念，而不仅仅是追求规模。供应链管理的全新管理理念受到各零售业的青睐，其理念与方法可以有效解决零售业在扩张中暴露的问题与矛盾。因此，各连锁零售业也将建立与完善供应链管理作为其经营的首要任务。
本文以国内外相关供应链管理研究的资料为参考，对重庆新华书店集团做了实际研究。文章在整合课题研究背景、目的及意义、方法和国内外连锁零售业供应链管理发展现状与问题等基础上，提出了重庆新华书店集团供应链管理发展趋势及优化。本文的研究，对于大型连锁零售业供应链管理发展有一定的理论指导意义和实践操作的参考价值。

ABSTRACT:Sustained economic growth caused the market is becoming more competitive. The influx of foreign retailers to take shape is in the exploration stage and the Chinese retail market has brought enormous pressure. In the new state of affairs, the retail enterprises must seek a new management concept, rather than the pursuit of scale. New management of supply chain management concept favored by all retailers, and its concepts and methods can effectively solve exposed in the expansion of retail problems and contradictions. Therefore, the retail chain will also establish and improve supply chain management as a top priority of its operations.
In this paper, supply chain management, domestic and foreign research data as a reference, Chongqing Xinhua Bookstore Group made a practical research. Articles in the integration of research background, purpose and meaning, methods, and domestic and international retail chain supply chain management development status and problems, based on the proposed Chongqing Xinhua Bookstore Group supply chain management trends and optimization. This study, for a large retail chain supply chain management development has some theoretical significance and practical operation of the reference value.
