摘要：当代经济贸易飞速发展，离岸金融已经成为了国际金融中的重要金融资源。上海自贸区的发展和离岸金融的发展紧密相连，随着上海自贸区的建设，离岸金融市场随之快速建立起来，商业银行的离岸金融业务无疑获得一个绝妙的发展契机。商业银行若能把握机会，发展好离岸金融业务不仅能加快我国的经济贸易发展而且能够使我国的金融市场在国际金融市场上的地位有很大的提升。在新的背景下，如何牢牢把握住不可多得的时代契机，使离岸金融业务得到跨越性的发展和提升，毋庸置疑有着巨大的现实意义和时代价值。
本文参阅专业文献提取所需的理论知识，以交通银行为例，查阅银行离岸业务的相关数据，对其发展状况和存在的问题进行探讨，通过分析提出我国中资商业银行当下发展离岸金融业务的新思路和策略。

Abstract: With the rapid development of global economy and trade, offshore finance has become one of the most important financial resources in present international finance. The construction of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone offers lots of opportunities to build the new offshore finance market and promote offshore finance business of commercial banks in China. How to take advantage of Shanghai Free Trade Zone to heavily promote offshore finance business for commercial banks in China is a valuable issue nowadays.
The thesis carries out the research under the above background. Taking Bank of Communications as an example, this thesis studies the development and present situations of offshore financial business, summarizes and analyzes the experiences and problems of offshore financial business in China, so that we can find some valuable thought and the related strategy to advance offshore financial business in Chinese commercial banks.
