摘要:利率市场化作为我国金融体制改革的重要环节,在发挥市场资源配置,推进金融机构在市场自主定价等方面具有重要作用。2013年7月全面放开金融机构存贷款利率管制,并取消票据贴现利率管制等举措,标志着我国利率市场化改革正大步迈进。商业银行理财产品作为与利率紧密挂钩的金融产品,利率市场化改革将会对商业银行理财产品市场产生深远影响,包括理财产品市场供需双方、理财产品市场结构以及理财产品的收益率等方面会产生较大的冲击。随着我国利率市场化的不断推进,商业银行理财产品市场正发生着变化。文章通过对国内外利率市场化改革进程的解读,综合对比国内外利率市场化进程中的差异,结合其对商业银行理财产品市场的正面和负面的冲击进行深入分析和探讨,归纳总结得出利率市场化可以促进产品结构优化创新,充分进行跨业合作等正面冲击,以及催生不良竞争等负面冲击。同时文章基于中国工商银行理财产品市场展开实证分析,论述利率市场化改革与银行理财市场的内在联系,并基于利率市场化进行理财产品市场前景分析。最后为商业银行改革提出包括优化客户管理体系,拓宽理财产品营销渠道以及加快产品创新研究等几个方面的对策和建议。从而促进我国商业银行理财产品市场地更快更好发展。

Abstract:Marketization of interest rate as an important part of the financial system reform in our country, plays an important role in the function of market allocation of resources, promoting the market independent pricing  of financial institutions. In July 2013, the central bank fully liberalised financial institutions deposit and lending interest rate regulation, and cancel the discount rate control measures, which marked the market-oriented interest rate reform in China is striding forward. Commercial bank financial products are closely tied to interest rates of financial products. Market-oriented interest rate reform will have a great profound effect on the commercial bank financial products market, including financial product market supply and demand, financial product market structure and financial product yield and so on. With the advancement of our country interest rate marketization, the commercial bank financial products market is changing. The article, through the interpretation of market-oriented interest rate reform process at home and abroad, integrated comparative differences in the process of the marketization of interest rate both at home and abroad. Through the analysis and discussion of commercial bank financial products market by positive and negative impact of interest rate liberalization ,  the paper summarizes that is concluded  the interest rate marketization can promote product structure optimization innovation, thorough cross-combination cooperation and positive impact, and produce negative impact, such as bad competition. At the same time, based on an empirical analysis on the industrial and commercial bank of China financial product market. This paper discusses on the market-based reform of interest rates and the inner link of bank financial market. Finally  we put forward countermeasure and the suggestion for the reform of commercial Banks, including the optimization of customer management system, widen the financial product marketing channels, and speed up product innovation research from several aspects. That will promote our country commercial bank financial products market to better and faster development.
