摘要: 目前,江苏人力资源服务业产业化过程中存在整体实力不强、行业规模较小;行业地位低;产业链不完善;同质化恶性竞争严重;专业性从业人员少;国际竞争力弱的问题都阻碍了产业化进程。为推进江苏人力资源服务业产业化发展,需要提高行业的水平与地位,规范市场环境建设;完善产业链;重视品牌对行业发展的推动力;重视人员的培训和加强与国外优秀人力资源企业合作。只有采取这些措施,才能加快江苏人力资源服务业产业化的发展,为社会经济的发展保驾护航。

Abstract: At present, exist in the process of industrialization of Jiangsu human resources service industry overall strength is not strong, industry scale small; Industry status is low; Industry chain is not perfect; Homogeneity serious malignant competition; Less professional practitioners; Such problems as weak international competitiveness have hindered the process of industrialization. To promote the industrialization development of human resources service industry in Jiangsu, it is necessary to improve the level of industry status and standardize the market environment construction; Improve the industrial chain; Attaches great importance to the brand impetus to the development of industry; Attaches great importance to personnel training and strengthening cooperation with foreign outstanding human resources enterprise. Only by adopting these measures, to accelerate the development of industrialization of the human resources service industry in Jiangsu, the escort for the development of social economy.
