摘要：随着全球经济的不断发展，物流在社会发展中占据着重要地位，物流园区的建设被认为是促进现代物流发展的突破口，也是地区经济发展的重要因素。而选址是物流园区规划中一个基础而又重要的基础环节。本文以物流园区选址评价方法为研究论题，在阅读大量国内外相关文献资料的基础上，引入相关学科的理论和方法，综合选题的实际情况对物流园区的选址评价进行分析和研究。

Abstract: With the continuous development of the global economy, logistics in social development occupies an important position, the construction of the logistics park is considered to be a breakthrough to promote the development of modern logistics, but also an important factor for regional economic development.
