摘要:人力资源配置作为企业中的一种经济活动,将人力资源投入到各级各类岗位,使之与物质资源相结合,达到提高工作效率、优化组织结构的目的,是人力资源开发及运用的关键环节,也是人力资源运动的核心。
和谐管理理论是和谐理论在管理学领域的发展和应用。其基本思想是如何在各个子系统中形成一种和谐状态,从而达到整体和谐的目的。和谐管理是组织为了达到其目标,在变动的环境中,围绕和谐主题的分辨,以优化和不确定性消减为手段提供问题解决方案的实践活动。
本文分析了人力资源配置的内涵与作用、人力资源配置的职能,和谐管理的基本理论与实践运用成效,以及和谐管理理论对人力资源管理的促进和指导作用,基于和谐管理理论的人力资源配置的思考与探索。

ABSTRACT:Allocation of human resources as a business in an economic activity, the human resources into jobs at all levels, so that combined with the material resources, to improve efficiency, optimize the organizational structure of the purpose of human resource development and utilization of key links, but also the core of human resource movement. Harmonious management theory is the theory of harmony in the field of management development and application. The basic idea is how the various subsystems in the formation of a state of harmony, so as to achieve overall harmony of purpose. Harmonious management is the organization in order to achieve its objectives, in a changing environment around the theme of harmony resolution, in order to optimize and uncertainty reduction as a means to provide solutions to problems in practice. This paper analyzes the connotation of human resource allocation and role of human resources functions, harmonious management theory and practical application of the basic effectiveness of management theory and harmony to promote human resource management and guidance, based on the theory of harmonious management of human resources thinking and exploration.
