大学生社团管理现状与问题研究.doc

摘要:大学生社团是高校学生的第二课堂，是大学生课外不可缺少的一项群体活动，大学生社团是推动大学生积极向上的一种动力，他可以培养大学生的人生价值观，可以调节大学生的日常生活和学习所带来的压力，可以提高大学生的综合素质能力，大学生社团是高校发展中必不可少的。但是当前的大学生社团发展却存在着诸多的问题。例如社团的数量多但是却不精，管理机制和制度的不完善、不健全，还有就是经费的短缺和资源的不足等问题，严重的影响着我国高校学生社团的发展，本文通过对国内外大学生社团进行比较全面的对比分析，结合我校大学生社团的情况，从制度、管理、经费等方面，对我国大学生社团存在的问题进行深入的分析，总结并提出了相应的解决方案和对策，并且鼓励社团的创新与继承，这对于现在大学生社团发展有着较强的实际意义，最终目的就是促进我国大学生社团的发展。

ABSTRACT:College students' community is the second class of college students and a indispensable and extracurricular activities to college students, college students' community is a positive  dynamic to promote students. That can cultivate college students' personal values and adjust the stress from daily life and learning of college, that also can exercise the comprehensive quality and ability of college students. College students' community is essential in development of colleges and universities. But currently, there are many problems in development of college students' community, for example, the number of community is large but not fine, management mechanism and system is not perfect, and there is a shortage of funds and a lack of resources, these are serious impacts on the development of student associations in colleges and universities, through a comprehensive comparison and analysis of college students' community both at home and abroad, combining with the students in our school community, this article analyses deeply on the problem of college students' community in our country from the aspects of system, management, funds and so on, summarizes and put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures, and encourage the innovation and inheritance of community, it has a strong practical significance for the development of college students' community. The ultimate purpose is to promote the development of college students' community in our country.

通过对国内外现状的分析，结合我校的实际情况，总结出大学生社团存在的问题并且提出解决方案。大学生对社团的向往是积极热情的，但是学校和社团管理者的失职和不正当的管理，使社团发展走向了一条弯路，从而导致大学生对社团总是经历着有惊喜到失望的过程，作用是相互的，但是学校和社团管理者却在其中起着十分重要的作用。
