美国医疗改革对我国的启示.doc

摘要:2012年，中国和美国两个世界大国对于本国的医疗卫生进行了改革之举，这一年对于两个国家都是具有特殊意义的攻坚之年。对于美国来说，奥巴马政府的医疗改革法案是面对的很多的难关，美国当下的整体社会状况都对这次奥巴马政府进行推行的医疗改革提出了艰巨的挑战。

　　　首先本文的内容安排是通过对美国奥巴马政府2012年对美国医疗体制进行的改革进行介绍和分析。然后，针对中国两轮医疗改革的进行比较和分析。最后，对于美国医疗改革成功的经验的了解找出其中对我国医疗改革的借鉴意义，从而分析产生差异的原因。

医改意义非常重大，这可以让广大民众都能够享受现代水平的医疗，让这种巨大的社会需求得以全面释放，提高了民众，特别是低收入群体的生存质量。带动了社会生产的调整方向，带动生产适应此巨大的内需。同时针对我国现在的医疗现状，改变以药养医。也不增加企业负担，以庞大的国有企业的利润资源来为社会民众提供医疗、养老、教育、失业保险等的福利，使国有的投资冲动，变成民众的生活需求，使国有企业及时地成为造福全民直接利益的企业，符合国家利益、民众利益，也能促进中小企业的创立、发展，改善经济结构。所以通过借鉴成功的国外改革方面的经验，结合我国特色的发展路线打造适用于我们的改革路线对我国的发展是具有重大意义的。
