电子商务环境下物流服务质量研究.doc

摘要：电子商务近年来的快速发展，与之唇齿相依的物流也随之发展。但随着电子商务的进一步发展对物流服务质量提出了许多新的要求，尤其是对物流服务质量的要求。

　　　我国物流企业的普遍原始积累不高并以近年来诞生的中小企业居多这也成为物流服务质量提高的困难的原因之一。为了真正意味上的去提高电子商务下的物流服务质量就不得不去探究我国电子商务下物流的发展原因，发展到如今我国电子商务下物流主要存在的问题。

　　　许多电子商务网站也意识到物流服务质量已经成为它们发展途中拉住了电子商务网站的后腿。电子商务网站开始为了解决这个问题并准备自建物流，虽然这对如今能够缓解物流服务质量的问题并加强物流的管理。但在未来的转型上，电子商务网站又因该借鉴或者注意的事项。

　　　通过阅读大量资料以及查阅文献，并对现在国内外物流服务质量的情况进行分析后，针对这些问题提出了几项解决措施。这些措施是在经过大量的案例分析后总结出的。在实际应用中有一定的价值。

ABSTRACT：Recently years the e-commercial are developing soon and as close as lips and teeth of logistics development. With the development of e-commercial, it requires the logistics keep developing, especially the service qualities.
