摘要：随着世界经济全球化趋势的日益增强，统一开放的全球市场体系已经形成，物流产业已然成为全球最受关注的产业之一。不仅如此他对社会经济生活也发挥着越来越大的作用。政府部门越来越重视物流行业，所以“国八条”就是在这样的情况下颁布的。他的颁布在物流业界反响强烈，其落实情况也十分引人关注。

　　　本文通过对“国八条”政策的分析，了解到政策对物流运输企业的重要性，所以更加的关注政策的落实情况。政策落实情况十分重要所以通过不同渠道收集到物流运输企业在这个落实过程中遇到的一些问题，通过整理在文中提出了几点问题，最后针对问题提出建议。本文重点通过影响突出问题，侧重说明政策落实的重要性，提出建议使地方政府提高重视。
