XX公司的企业文化建设存在的问题及对策研究.doc

【摘要】随着全球互联网的发展和商业信息的快速发展，中国已步入了信息互联的时代，所有企业都面临着日趋残酷和激烈的市场竞争。对一个互联网行业的企业来说，要想在激烈的竞争中发挥企业的自身优势，并赢得持续稳定的发展和增长，已成为了现代企业管理者们必须面临的考验。本文研究的主要意义在于企业文化对一个企业自身的创新力有何影响，主要目的是研究企业要建设怎样一个企业文化，才能良好地带动企业的整体创新发展。本文从盘石公司文化着手，研究盘石自身的文化是否对整个公司的发展创新造成了阻碍。通过研究并提出解决方案，希望对盘石公司的创新发展提供帮助。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the global development of the Internet and business information, China has entered the era of the Internet, all companies are faced with increasingly cruel and fierce market competition. Enterprise of one of the Internet industry, in order to play the advantage in the fierce competition, and won the sustained and steady development and growth, has become a modern enterprise managers’test what have to face. In this paper, the main significance of the impact of corporate culture of an enterprise's own innovative main purpose is to research how to build a corporate culture, led to the development of the overall innovation. Proceed from the PanShi corporate culture, to study their own culture if the entire company to develop innovative obstacles. Study and propose solutions that will help the PanShi company’s innovation and development.

企业文化是企业发展过程中应运而生的，越来越多的企业已经认识到企业文化的重要作用。一个企业的动力及凝聚力都来自于企业的文化，技术只是一个平台，任何成功企业的背后，一定有一种优秀企业文化作为坚强的后盾和支持，否则企业的生命力必定是有限的。企业文化作为现代企业管理理论和管理方式的重要内容，其丰富的内涵、科学的管理思想、开放的管理模式、柔性的管理手段，为企业管理创新开辟了广阔的天地。优秀的企业文化向社会大众展示着企业成功的管理风格、良好的经营状况和高尚的精神面貌，从而为企业塑造良好的整体形象，树立信誉，扩大影响，成为企业巨大的无形资产。
