摘要:本设计是徐州市高铁时代广场3号楼建筑给水排水工程设计,该建筑是地上为三十一层高层商业办公楼,地上建筑面积36242m2,其中一层为小型商业用房,二至三十一层为办公用房。
该建筑的给水排水设计主要包括高层室内给水系统设计,高层建筑排水系统设计,高层消防系统设计以及高层热水系统设计。生活给水系统:采用分区给水,共计四个区。经水压估算,31层共分成四个区,1-5层为低区,由市政直接供水,6-14层共九层为高一区,15-23层共九层为高二区,24-31层共八层为高三区。低区与高区均采用下行上给的供水方式;高区管道路径为:城市管网-->地下生活水箱-->变频调速水泵-->高区各层用水点。
排水系统:采用污、废水分流制,排水系统设伸顶通气管,污水经化粪池处理后排入市政污水管网。
消防系统:采用消火栓给水系统,室内消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水,由消防水池、加压泵、供水管、阀门、室内消火栓等组成。火灾初期10min的用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取30L/S和40L/S。
热水系统:采用封闭式机械循环热水系统,分区情况与冷水系统一致,热水系统采用容积式水加热器供应。
给水系统和热水系统均采用PP—R给水管材,排水系统采用塑料排水管,消火栓给水系统采用热镀锌钢管。
设计中涉及到的管道布置、计算与安装及设备选型,均应遵循相关规范的要求,力求经济合理,简洁高效。

Fire system: the fire hydrant water supply system, fire hydrant water supply system by using a temporary high-pressure water supply, fire water, pressure pump, water supply pipes, valves, fire hydrant etc.. The early fire 10min water from the roof tank fire water supply, fire water pump from the tank by extraction. Indoor fire hydrant water and outdoor fire hydrant water respectively with 30L/S and 40L/S.
Hot water system: the closed mechanical circulating hot water system and cooling water system, the partition consistent, hot water system using volumetric water heater supply.
Water supply system and hot water system adopts PP - R pipe for water supply, drainage system with plastic drainage pipe, fire hydrant water supply system using hot galvanized steel pipe.
In the design of piping layout, relates to the calculation and installation and equipment selection, should be in accordance with the relevant requirements, economic rationality, concise and efficient.
