摘要:本次设计题目为苏州市五亭商务广场写字楼建筑给水排水工程设计,该建筑属于综合性大楼,为中危险Ⅰ级建筑物。
具体设计项目为:室内给水工程,室内排水工程,室内消防工程(包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统),室内热水工程,共5部分。
生活给水系统分为高区和低区。低区1~4层由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上给式供水方式;高区5~16层由水箱、水泵联合供水采用上行下给式供水方式,水箱容积为3.9,有效容积为3.6,水泵选用IS80-50-250A。一层设备房设有贮水池和水泵房。屋顶设高位水箱,生活水箱与消防水箱分设。
排水采用合流制,每根立管在16层顶采用伸顶通气,每根排水管均设置DN100的通气立管。本系统共设置17根排水立管和4根国际01S302.87型DN200雨水斗。污废水均排入到室外化粪池,化粪池为40。
消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。每个消火栓箱内设消防泵启动按钮,消防时可直接启动水泵。消防水泵选用XA65/26A型,消防水箱容积为18,贮存有10分钟的消防水量。火灾延续时间以2小时计。该系统共设置11根立管,每根立管管径均为DN100。
采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统。该建筑物分为三个区,每个区设一根立管,共三根立管。每根立管均连接一个报警阀,湿式报警阀设置于一层设备房内,水力警铃装在报警阀附近。火灾延续时间以1小时计。该喷头系统整体采用矩形布置,A、B类办公室采用普通型和边墙型喷头联合设置。
室内热水采用集中式热水供应方式,为了保证热水和给水的压力平衡,热水与冷水的分区和管道布置均一致,分高低两个区,低区1~4层采用下行上给式供水方式;高区5~16层采用上行下给式供水方式,因高区连接水加热器导致水损较大,故在高位水箱出口处设置气压罐进行加压。本设计均采用热水循环系统。
设计过程进行了个系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统平面图和原理图。

Abstract:This design topic for the drainage engineering building water supply design office of Suzhou city after the Plaza, the building belongs to the comprehensive building, for the risk grade I buildings.
The specific design project: indoor water supply engineering, indoor drainage engineering, engineering (including indoor fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system), indoor hot water project, a total of 5 parts.
Life water supply system is divided into high and low area. Low area 1 ~ 4 layer by the municipal water supply pipe network directly, using downfeed type water supply mode; high 5 ~ 16 layer consists of a water tank, water pump and water use upstream to water supply, water volume of 3.9 cubic meters, the effective volume of 3.6 cubic meters, water pump selection IS80-50-250A. A layer of equipment room with storage tank and pump house. Roof set high water tank, water tank and water tank is divided into life.
The use of drainage confluence, each vertical pipe in the 16 layer of the top of the ventilating, vertical pipe ventilation were set DN100 of each drainage pipe. The system set up a total of 17 drainage pipes and 4 international 01S302.87 DN200 rain water bucket. Waste water is discharged into the outdoor septic tank, septic tank of 40 cubic meters.
Fire hydrant system does not partition, use of temporary high pressure water supply system water tank and pump water supply system. Each hydrant box set fire pump start button, can directly start the fire pump. The fire pump selection of XA65/26A type, fire water tank volume of 18 cubic meters, 10 minutes of fire water storage. The fire lasted for 2 hours. The system comprises of 11 vertical pipes, each root diameter vertical tubes are DN100.
Using wet automatic fire-extinguishing sprinkler system. The building is divided into three zones, each zone of a vertical tube, a total of three riser. Each vertical pipe is connected with an alarm valve, wet alarm valve is arranged on a layer of equipment room, hydraulic alarm installed in the alarm valve near. The fire lasted for 1 hours. The overall use of rectangular arrangement of the sprinkler system, A, B office using ordinary type and wall type nozzle joint set.
Indoor hot water with hot water supply mode of centralized, in order to guarantee that the pressure balance water and water supply, partition and piping hot and cold are consistent, level two, 1 to 4 layers of low area using downfeed type water supply mode; high 5 ~ 16 layer using the uplink to water, because of high connection the water heater caused great loss of water, the pressure tank is arranged in the water tank outlet pressure. This design uses the hot water circulation system.
The design process of a system plan, layout and calculation, selection and various equipment. Finally using CAD draw every system of plane diagram and schematic diagram.
