摘要:本次毕业设计的选题为南通市商务局综合楼建筑给水排水工程设计。南通市商务局综合楼,是一14层综合性民用建筑,三层以下为商业用房,四层以上为住宅。该建筑东侧及南侧的城市道路旁,有一市政给水干管可做为该建筑物的水源;其管径为DN300,常年资用水头为18米,与楼距离20米,管顶埋深1.5米。城市排水管道在拟建建筑物北侧,其管径为DN400,管顶埋深为2.5米,与楼距离20米。建筑附近有表压为0.20MPa的蒸汽热源。建筑给排水系统主要包含了建筑给水、建筑排水、消防给水和热水供应四个方面, 第一运用资料收集分类法和系统分析法对建筑给水、排水、消防、热水四个部分现状及存在的问题进行研究,提出具体的发展方向,第二运用案例剖析研究方法基于本次设计的背景资料选定方案,逐个计算。按照计算结果绘制平面图、系统图。本设计采用分区供水,一至三层为市政管网直接供水,四到十四层采用水泵水箱联合供水。

Abstract:The graduation design topic for building water supply and drainage engineering building of Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce design. The comprehensive building of Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce, is a comprehensive civil building 14 layer, three layer below for commercial buildings, four storeys for residential. City Road East and south side of the building, there is a municipal water supply pipe can be used as the building water; its diameter is DN300, all the year round the head of 18 meters, and the building of a distance of 20 meters, the top of the pipe buried depth is 1.5 meters. City drainage pipe in the building on the north side, the diameter is DN400, the top of the pipe depth is 2.5 meters, and the building of a distance of 20 meters. Building near the gauge pressure of steam heat source 0.20MPa. Building water supply and drainage system mainly includes the building water supply, building water supply and drainage, fire water and hot water supply of four aspects, first using the data collection analysis classification method and system method to research the building water supply, drainage, fire, hot water four parts present situation and the existence question, proposed the development direction of concrete, second use case analysis research method background the design based on the selected scheme, one by one calculation. Draw a plan, according to the calculation results of the system. This design uses the partition of water, one to three layers for the municipal water supply pipe network directly, four to fourteen layers of the water tank joint water supply.
