摘要:随着人民生活质量的提高,对供水量和质的要求正不断扩展,同时实施水的可持续利用和保护,使水之源不断破坏,并能进入良性的水质水量再生循环,也已成为政府和广大群众的关注的焦点,同时随着我国社会经济的发展,城市化水平的逐步提高,环境保护措施的落实以及市场经济的建立,给水排水事业作为城市的基础设施之一,也得到了蓬勃的发展,具有综合功能的大批高层建筑的拔地而起。这一切给建筑给排水工程的设计提出了许多新的要求,供水技术先进化的步伐急待加快。
本设计是某三十层临沂鑫瑞万方商住楼建筑给排水工程设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统和热水系统四个部分。
给水系统采用分区供水,低区负二到五层,由市政管网直接供水;中区六到十六层,高区十七到二十八层,采用高位水箱减压阀供水方式,由地下室的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱,再由高位水箱向中、高区管网供水;排水系统采用的是污、废分流制,底层单独排水,排水立管设伸顶通气管,污水在经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统分消火栓给水系统和自动喷水灭火系统,其中消火栓系统采用水泵水箱联合供水。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循环系统,分区情况和冷水系统一致,冷水通过容积式水加热器集中加热后,再由提升泵供向配水管网;雨水采用的是外排水系统,雨水直接排向市政雨水管网。
给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系统和热水系统都采用钢管。

Abstract:With the improvement of people's living quality, the water quantity and quality requirements is expanding, and the implementation of sustainable water utilization and protection, make water damage, and can enter the water benign recycling, has also become a focus of the government and the masses attention, at the same time, as China's social and economic development, city level gradually increased, the establishment and implementation of environmental protection measures and market economy, water supply and drainage business as one of the city's infrastructure, also obtained the vigorous development, with comprehensive functions of a large number of high-rise building after another. All of this building to put forward many new requirements and design of drainage engineering, advanced technology to accelerate the pace of water supply.
This design is the design of water supply and drainage engineering of a thirty layer of Linyi Xin Rui million square commercial and residential building, including four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire system and hot water system.
Water supply system using zoning, low area minus two to five layer, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; the central six to sixteen layers, high seventeen to twenty-eight layers, with high water pressure reducing valve water supply mode, by the high underground tank water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to water supply, high network; sewage drainage system is used, waste diversion system, the separate drainage, drainage pipe is provided with ventilating pipes, sewage is treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire control system of fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system, which the water tank joint water supply. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the volumetric water heater heating, then the lift pump for the water distribution network; rainwater is used in external drainage system, rain water directly discharged to the municipal rainwater pipe network.
Water supply and drainage pipes were used PP - R pipe and UPVC pipe, fire and water systems are used in the steel.
