摘要:本工程为重庆科技学院大学城校区学生二食堂工程I标段投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆科技学院，工程由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础。主体为剪力墙结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为三类。手算首层钢筋以及混凝土工程量，广联达软件计算全部。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆科技学院大学城校区学生二食堂工程I标段的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。
