摘要:该投标文件的编制是以重庆城市管理职业学院新校区后勤职工宿舍的施工合同以及施工设计图纸,根据国家及地方建筑要求,合理施工,注重时间安排和施工质量,在确保工期的前提下按质按量地完成。本工程拟定工期为190个日历天。
本工程为重庆城市管理职业学院新校区后勤职工宿舍,所在地为重庆市沙坪坝区大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆市管理职业学院,工程由中国大地建筑事务所设计院有限公司设计,本工程为砖混结构,结构层数为六层,工程是为了给职工提供休息的场所,为保障用房质量,应当严格按照图纸及施工规范进行施工。
为了能尽早满足建筑的实际用处,安排人员尽早使用,如果我方有幸能够中标,我们将完全遵照国家及地区标准及要求合理施工,按质按量的完成,保证所有的施工流程及施工工艺都符合现代化及标准化的要求,最大化的完成要求。
