摘要:本工程为重庆城市管理学院学生宿舍A栋投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆科技学院，工程由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用独立基础结构。主体为框剪结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震等级为三级。耐火等级为二级，裂缝控制位三级，工程类别为三类。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆城市管理学院学生宿舍A栋的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业，合理安排施工顺序和施工计划，确保施工进度，本工程拟定工期为280个日历天。
