关注农村老人居住现状与构建和谐养老环境（B村为例）.doc

摘要:中国人口老龄化进程正在不断加剧，农村老人的数量也日益递增，农村经济水平低，加之家庭结构小型化又使家庭成员之间相互照料的养老服务功能日益弱化，单靠家庭养老力不从心，农村养老已成为社会普遍关注的问题，然而居住问题又是农村养老中的突出问题，述迤村老人居住现状不容乐观，通过分析述迤老人们选择各种居住模式的主要原因和不同居住模式中老人生活存在的问题，最后提出改善老人居住环境的一些建议。

ABSTRACT:China population ageing process is constantly increased , Increasing the number of increments for the elderly in rural areas. Miniaturization coupled with family structure and mutual care among family members - provided service feature increasingly weakening, single by family Endowment overwhelmed , rural endowment has became social general concern of problem . However live problem is rural endowment in the of highlight problem , Shu Yi village living situation for the elderly is not optimistic, by analysis in ShuYi old people select various live mode of main causes and different live mode in the elderly life exists of problem , Concludes with some recommendations for improving the living environment for the elderly.

　农村老人的居住环境已成为社会普遍关注的问题。在现实情况中， 数以亿计的老年人面临着住房面积不足、居住环境差、难以获得必要的住房保障等问题， 他们的身心健康因而受到严重损害。这违背了我国构建和谐社会的理念。家庭养老中存在的一系列问题是构建和谐社会中极不和谐的一幕，农村老人居住现状不容乐观，老年人生活质量差，居住环境条件差，物质生活得不到保障，精神生活匮乏。为老人营造一个良好的经济生活环境和温馨祥和的精神乐园，不仅要让老人共享经济建设和社会发展的成果，也让子女解除后顾之忧，从而推进社会和谐进程。
