论现代企业女秘书的美学修养_文秘专业.doc

【摘要】秘书的职业素养的提高是个永恒不变的讨论话题，分析借鉴多年来关于秘书工作研究的论文成果，在前人的基础上对企业女秘书的美学修养的提高进行自己的阐述概括，从秘书具备美学修养后对企业的帮助、企业女秘书的美学修养包括哪些内容以及如何做到让企业女秘书的美学修养有所提升等方面进行论述。通过这样的研究，使得自己对于未来的职业有了更深层次的认识与了解，也有利于更好的把握秘书工作的意义。

　　秘书在现代企业中的地位是越来越重要，秘书在企业中发挥的作用也在不断被认可，而现代企业的秘书中又以女性居多。所以，女秘书的修养就显得尤为重要。古人云：“修犹切磋琢磨，养犹涵养熏陶。”“修”即“锻炼”，“养”即“提高”，可见，修养就是经受锻炼，得以提高之意。企业女秘书的美学修养涵盖面很广，包括理论修养、审美修养、专业修养等方面。学术界对企业女秘书的美学修养有许多论述，本文在前人的基础上，对企业女秘书的美学修养做进一步探讨。
