内容摘要:微博作为一种新兴时尚媒体，在蓬勃发展的网络时代，成为了网络舆论的交流平台，改变了大众媒体习惯的信息传播方式。由于微博的日益发展，微博参政已成为我国参政体系不可或缺的重要组成因素，但是由于复杂的网络环境，微博政治参与还存在着许多局限性，需要通过正确的方法使微博等新媒体在政治参与中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: As a new fashionable media, thriving in the Internet age, the microblog has become a platform for the exchange of public opinions, and has changed the way the mass media information dissemination practices. Due to the increasing development of the microblogging, the microblog’s controversial role in political participation has become an important factor in politics system of our country. However, due to the complexity of the network environment, there are still many limitations in political participation by microblog. We need to use microblog and other new media correctly to make them play an important role in political participation.
