摘要：近几年来，关于城市零售商业网点布局的研究正逐步定量化、科学化，特别是GIS的应用使商业网点布局分析的研究更具有可操作性和普及性。本文首先总结了商业网点规划的相关概念以及GIS在商业网点规划中的研究方法和研究内容，然后以泰州市姜堰区为例，应用GIS软件建立商圈模型，从人口和交通两个方面，对零售业态的商业网点布局进行分析，得出两种因素对商业网点规划的影响结果，并对城市商业网点体系规划提出合理建议。

Abstract: In recent years，the research on city commercial network has been gradually quantified and become more scientific and the application of GIS has made the analysis in arranging the commercial networks universal and easier to manipulate．This thesis first summarizes the major concepts of commercial network planning as well as commercial network research methods and research content with GIS．Based on the case study of Jiangyan District，Taizhou，with the analysis on the networks lay-out of retail and whole sale businesses done by GIS，population and traffic potentially affecting commercial network planning are worked out．Finally，the suggestions are proposed on rationally planning city commercial networking system．
