摘 要：本课题首先从江苏红色旅游资源的本身特质和开发条件两个角度进行分析研究，明确其各自的优势与瓶颈，继而提出江苏红色旅游资源开发的整体思路和具体策略。江苏红色旅游资源的开发离不开积极的创新和探索，需要不断汲取红色旅游资源中蕴含的的发展元素，不断尝试红色旅游发展的全新模式，不断推进区域间的相互借鉴与学习，不断注重环境保护，促进红色旅游的可持续发展。唯有如此，方能让红色旅游成为江苏塑造地区形象、带动经济转型、改善人民生活的绿色产业。

Abstract: First of all, from the characteristics and developmental conditions of Jiangsu red tourism resources the thesis begins to analyze, study and identify their advantages and bottlenecks. After that it will provide the whole thoughts and specific strategies for the development of Jiangsu red tourism resources. The development of Jiangsu red tourism resources cannot carry out without positive innovation and exploration. It needs to continuously take in the developmental factors in red tourism resources, try the new mode of the development of red tourism, promote the cooperative working and learning between different fields, pay more attention to protecting the environment and then promote the sustainable development of red tourism. Only in this way, can the red tourism be the green industry of Jiangsu, which would shape the image of Jiangsu, promote the economic transformation and improve the living standards of people's lives.
