【摘要】近些年来，由于经济的不断发展，各行业迅速发展，对秘书的需求量也不断加大。因此，秘书专业在短期内得到迅速发展。但是，我国的秘书教育存在许多问题，如课程安排不合理等等。通过对美国、日本等国家在秘书课程设置上的研究，我们发现，我国的高校在秘书的培养上与其他国家差距很大。对于存在哪些问题和如何解决这些问题的探讨，是本文的重点。

【Abstract】In recent years, due to the continuous development of the economy, the industry rapid development, the demand of the secretary is also increasing.
