摘要:由于中国计划生育政策的实施,越来越多的家庭中只有一个孩子,从而造就了中国新的社会群体——独生子女。21世纪,由于人们生育意识改变和人们思想、认识的不断的提高,越来越多的家庭只考虑生育一个子女,独生子女群体不断发展壮大。同时,许多的独生子女进入到社会从事各种各样的职业,成为新生代劳动力中的主力军。但也随之而来也给企业的招聘管理和人力资源管理带来新的改变。
本课题主要采用文献研究方法了解劳动力市场和独生子女自身的特点和现状、就业状况、以及独生子女劳动力市场下的企业需求员工素质,并结合员工素质理论、招聘理论、独生子女等相关理论的研究,试图在招聘上找到一种合适的方式,来缓解或解决独生子女为主的劳动力市场下的劳动力与企业需求之间不匹配的矛盾,让招聘管理更好的适应时代变化。以及转变一些人力资源管理的内容,让企业更好,更快的发展。
