摘要:随着市场经济的高速发展,人才流失成为各国企业普遍存在的问题。企业要想好的进行发展,就必须解决好人才流失的问题,重视人才流失所带来的后果。如果人才过度流失,不但会使企业各部分产生不稳定的因素,而且会影响员工工作的积极性。严重束缚了企业人才的主动性和创造性,从而造成了企业人才大量、频繁的流动,增加了企业管理的成本。所以各个企业要以人为本,运用科学的方法来尊重人才、留住人才、用好人才,充分发挥人才的积极作用,提升企业的经济效益以及企业形象。本文阐述了人才流失的相关理论,通过对企业人才流失的原因的分析,以富士康为研究对象分析了人才流失的主要原因。总结相关因素,深入探讨了防止企业人才流失的对策,让企业从各个方面更好地发挥人才的积极作用。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of market economy, the brain drain has become common existing problems of enterprises. Enterprises to develop, we must solve the problem of brain drain, brings the consequences of the loss of talent. If excessive loss of talent, not only can make the enterprise produce the unstable factor, but also affect the enthusiasm of the staff. Seriously hindered the enterprise people's initiative and creativity, thus caused the enterprise talents, frequent mobility, increase the management cost. So each enterprise should be people-oriented, using scientific methods to respect for talent, retain talent, making good use of talents, give full play to the positive role of talent, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and enterprise image. By analyzing reasons for the loss of the enterprise personnel, analyzes the main reasons of brain drain to Foxconn as the object of study. Summary of the related factors, it discusses how to prevent the countermeasure of enterprise talents loss, make the enterprises from the aspects of better play the positive role of human resources.

在市场经济全球化的背景下,各种资源在全世界快速的流动着,人才也不例外,也充满了许多的不稳定性。这些人才掌握了企业内部的机密以及相关的核心技术,这些隐性知识是企业最缺少、最珍贵的资源,有着不可替代的位置,对企业的发展有着重要的作用。人才是企业在市场经济当中最核心的竞争力,可以为企业的发展带来新鲜的活力。人才流失会导致企业核心人才和稀缺资源的流失,为竞争对手带来利益,更会使企业失去在社会中良好的形象。笔者希望通过以富士康集团为例,分析其人才流失的各种原因,并且研究抵抗人才流失的对策。有类似问题的企业也可以通过本文和富士康做对比,找出适合解决本企业人才流失的方法,从而促进企业的健康发展。
