摘要:随着社会的发展,近年来劳动力市场的供求矛盾突出,在一定程度上造成大学生的就业困境。但是供需之间 “数量”的矛盾并不是造成大学生 “就业难”的唯一致因,“质量”的差异才是问题的关键。而核心素质就是大学生就业和用人单位招聘时的共同关注焦点,也是影响就业的至关重要的因素。但是当前高校对于大学生的核心素质培养却存在着诸多的问题,例如专业课程学习松懈、社会实践和实习实训不足等。本文运用文献分析的方法通过对高校对大学生核心素质的培养和用人单位所期望大学生应具备的核心素质进行对比分析,对我国大学生应具备雇佣者视角下的核心素质的问题进行了深入浅出的分析,总结并提出了相应的解决方案以及对策,并鼓励高校与用人单位之间应当进行长期有效的沟通,这对于现在大学生核心素质的培养有着较强的实际意义。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the society, the contradiction in labor market supply and demand in recent years, to a certain extent, cause the employment difficulty of college students. 本课题研究主要以对相关文献的分析整理为基础进行的。以“核心素质”、“大学生”、“能力素质”、“就业素质”、“胜任力”为关键词,搜索国内外数据库文献和相关书籍,并参考文献中的各项调研数据,从而发现问题,总结我国高校对于大学生核心素质的培养所出现的问题及成因所在,最终提出解决方法。
