【摘要】:随着市场经济的不断发展,现代企业商务活动日益频繁,商务谈判无处不在,具有不可替代的作用。掌握基本的商务谈判知识和技能,是现代企业商务活动的必然要求,也是一个企业发展的重要环节。本文拟从企业商务谈判重要性及原则出发,结合商务谈判实际,对企业商务谈判的策略进行较为细致的探讨,希望能总结出较为系统的商务谈判策略与技巧,以助于企业的发展及达到企业在商务活动中实现利益最大化的目标。
