摘要:随着社会步入信息化时代，信息资源的竞争已成为时代主流，而专利信息作为重中之重，更是一大热点。从世界范围看，利用专利策略来保护自身的知识产权的应用，增强竞争优势已成为市场竞争的最有效手段。作为前提和方法的基础，对于专利战略的应用，专利信息的分析显得尤为重要。

　　　本文首先阐述了专利信息的重要性以及国内外研究概况，然后引入对专利的介绍，申请流程等，之后论述了专利信息的概况，借鉴了海尔集团在专利信息实施方面的运用，从技术，知识产权，市场贸易方面来阐述在企业经营当中专利信息发挥的积极作用,也浅谈了一些消极作用以及海尔的做法。

Abstract:With the development of society has entered the information age, information resource competition has become the mainstream of the times, and patent information as a priority among priorities, is a hot topic. Looking from the world scope, application of patent strategy to protect their intellectual property, the most effective method to enhance the advantage of competition has become the market competition. As a basic premise and method, for the application of patent strategy, patent information analysis is very important.

　　　This paper describes the importance of patent information and research situation at home and abroad, and then introduce the patent introduction, application procedure, then discusses the general situation of the patent information, Haier Group from the implementation of the application, in the patent information from the technical, legal knowledge, the three aspects of market trade to elaborate the positive role of the patent information in enterprise operation, also discusses some negative effects as well as Haier practices.

研究的主要内容

　　　本文第一章阐述了专利信息的重要性以及国内外研究概况，第二章引入对专利的介绍，申请流程等，之后第三章论述了专利信息的概况，第四章借鉴了海尔集团在专利信息实施方面的运用，五六两章从技术，法律知识，市场贸易三个方面来阐述专利信息在企业经营当中的积极作用,也浅谈了一些消极作用以及海尔的做法。

本文的研究方法

在分析文献和实际调研的基础上，根据当前专利发展的现状，结合知名企业海尔集团的专利发展历程，从技术方面、知识产权方面、市场贸易方面等来探讨专利信息在企业经营决策的作用，然后介绍专利信息对企业的副作用和解决方案。本文在研究过程中主要采用了文献查阅法、实际举例法、理论指导研究法、综合研究法、网上查询等。
