探讨工薪阶层投资理财的选择与取向.doc

摘要：中国作为国际上新兴的强大经济体，市场经济处于长期的探索前进期，与此同时，经济条件决定下的金融市场也处于长期的改革发展期。工薪阶层是我国社会结构的主流阶层。随着中国经济发展，工薪阶层人均收入水平不断提高，闲置资金增加。2008年金融危机以后，人民币升值、通货膨胀等现象的涌现，越来越多的工薪阶层意识到金融投资理财在个人和家庭生活中占有重要地位。然而受到诸多因素的制约，工薪阶层的投资理财普遍效果并没有理想中好。本文通过对我国金融市场的了解，对工薪阶层在中国金融改革发展期下的金融投资理财选择做出分析，工薪阶层根据自身的风险承受能力、盈利预期、资产配置比例等对投资品种的选择和投资取向进行探究。

Abstract：China as the new strong international economy, the market economy is developing in the long term, at the same time, the financial market which is base on the economic conditions is developing in the long term. Working-class is the important class in our social structure of China.As the economy of China is developing, and the per capita income levels of working-class is increasing. After the 2008 financial crisis, RMB appreciation and inflation is emerging, more and more working-class aware of the importance of the financial investment and financial management in the personal and family life . However, constrained by many factors, the effect of investment banking is not as good as ideal.This article base on the understanding of china's financial market, for analysis the choose of financial investment and financial management in the period of financial market is developing, working-class base on their risk tolerance、profit forecast and the proportion of asset allocation to make a choose and explore a orientation.

　　　中国市场经济现在处于并将长期处于探索前进期，如何协调国有经济与私营经济同步发展，已经成为当代中国经济发展中面临的难题。国有经济的发展始终有利于国家经济的宏观调控，而私营企业的发展则直接带动了社会的大量就业和民生改善。金融危机以后，中国率先走出了金融危机的阴影，并且实现经济持续快速稳定的增长，同时也出现了难以遏制的后续效应——持续的温和通货膨胀。经济条件决定下的金融市场同样长期处于改革发展期，金融产品处于推陈出新、不断完善的过程。

　　　当前，工薪阶层面临的最主要问题是收入的增长追不上通货膨胀下货币的贬值速度，工薪阶层必须将闲置的资金进行有效的投资理财，在投资理财的过程中，必须立足于用知识与智慧进行投资理财，摒弃靠运气进行投资理财的旧思想。金融投资理财的基本程序：深入研究认识各类金融产品（特别是最新的金融理财产品）——制定计划方案——实施投资理财——总结经验教训，工薪人群的投资理财必须做到投资有计划，投资有选择与取向，投资有总结。
