我国档案馆文化休闲功能的发挥.doc

摘要:人们生活水平的提升必然导致闲暇时间的增多，休闲文化也随之产生。作为一种社会文化现象和社会文化活动，休闲文化在社会的发展过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。档案馆作为文化事业机构，是社会服务业的一个组成部分。时代的发展要求档案馆充分发挥文化休闲功能，引导大众休闲。档案馆应正确定位档案馆的文化休闲功能，转变服务意识，强化档案收集环节，创设发挥文化休闲功能的环境，并通过开展形式多样的服务活动，充分发挥档案馆的休闲功能，在提升全民综合素质的同时，积极参与先进文化建设。

Abstract:The people living standard's promotion causes the leisure time inevitably increase, the leisure culture also along with it production. As one kind of social culture phenomenon and the society cultural event, the leisure culture displays in society's developing process is affecting unreplaceable. The archives as the cultural establishment organization, are a social service industry constituent. The development of times requires archives sufficiently bring the function of culture and leisure into full play, so as to guide people to have leisure. The archives should correctly locate its function of culture and leisure, transformation service consciousness, the strengthened file collection link, create an environment which can brining its function of culture and leisure into play, and by means of launching diversified service activities to sufficiently bring its function of culture and leisure into full play,so as to advance the synthetical quality of the whole people,take an active part in the construction of advanced culture at the same time.   【Key words】Leisure culture  Archives   Function of leisure

进入信息时代，随着计算机、网络技术的飞速发展，档案文化休闲也出现了新的形式——网络休闲。由于计算机的普及率以及人们整体计算机应用水平还不够高，目前我国的档案文化休闲正处于传统休闲与网络休闲并存的格局。与档案馆具有相同文化事业性质的图书馆、博物馆、文化宫等已都以前所未有的积极姿态跨入了竞争的行列。如何去发挥档案馆文化休闲功能，让档案馆在激烈的竞争中取得一席之地，成为了我们迎21世纪新挑战中必须正视的课题。

　　新世纪的档案馆必须重视档案馆的文化休闲功能，充分发挥档案馆的文化休闲功能，构建集观赏、娱乐、消遣、雅兴、休闲和学习为一体的服务平台，使档案馆成为提高人民群众生活质量和文化水平的重要基础设施，成为建设小康社会的标志性成果之一。档案馆也必须根据新时期群众文化需求变化，及时改进工作模式和工作方法，实现有针对性的宣传和服务，才能取得更大的社会效益和经济效益。
