摘要:名人档案作为档案种类的一种，在新时代条件下已越来越受到重视。本文从名人档案的界定、特点、意义开始论述，分析了我国当前名人档案管理工作存在的障碍，探索了我国名人档案管理过程中，关于收集、整理、提供利用以及相关法律问题等工作的处理方法。

Abstract：Celebrity archives as a type of archives, in the new historical conditions has been more and more important. This paper defines the celebrity archives, discusses on the features of celebrity archives, and discusses on the significance of the celebrity archives in the beginning exposition, analysis of the obstacles of China's celebrity archives management. Exploring the method of celebrity archives for the collection, collation, as well as provide access. And discusses the working approach of the legal issues related to the celebrity archives.

　　名人档案是名人身份的证明，是名人社会活动经历的真实体现，是名人思想水平、科研成就、著作成果的原始反映，更是社会进步的历史痕迹。建立名人档案不仅丰富了档案馆的馆藏，填补了档案工作的空白，促进了档案事业的发展；还对名人起到积极的宣传作用、提高了名人的公信力；更对社会精神文明建设起到了良好的导向作用。做好名人档案的管理工作，不仅需要及时、有效地完善名人档案立法，提高档案工作水平以及档案工作者的素质，改善档案工作条件，而且要对名人档案管理工作进行深入的理论与实践探讨研究，突破定势思维、创新工作方法，使名人档案工作不断成熟并发展壮大，成为档案事业中一道魅力独特的风景线。
