Abstract： The new curriculum standard promotes a kind of learning based on inquiry, which is a core of the contemporary basic educational reform. This means could transform students’ learning methods, attach great importance to the learning process of scientific inquriry and develop their abilities to make such scientific inquiry. Biological experimental teaching mustcultiwate stuents’ interests in exploration and enable them to actively participate in, willing to explore and diligent to practise and dare to train their practical skills. Meanwhile, it can strengthen overall interactions between teachers and students’ horizons of knowledge; thus it would encorage their comprehensive development. Based on the new curriculum guiding spirit, through the questionnaire, literature reading, online collect read relevant literature, the paper mainly focuses on junior high school biology experiment teaching mode in different levels of schools, teachers and students of explores the use situation. Obtained the different schools of jiangsu province countryside according to its own economy, culture to choose corresponding experimental mode for biological experiment teaching; “Novice teachers” can be combined in the specialty of oneself or character to choose different experimental biology experiment teaching mode.
