摘  要:餐厅是一个酒店重要的组成部分,餐厅设计时首先必须合乎接待顾客和使顾客方便用餐这一基本要求。中餐厅基本是每一个酒店最主要的餐饮场所。中餐厅的顾名思义是吃中国菜的地方,那么就一定要中国元素在里面,整体的环境上是中国风,中国风最主要的颜色就是红色,黄色和金色为主,装饰材料多半以木材为主。西餐厅向对于中餐厅而已更加偏向个人的喜好,西餐厅一般合适年轻比较时尚的人群,比较小资情调一些, 特别是喜欢浪漫的人,更多的会去选择西餐厅。酒店餐厅设计空间布局的好坏是直接影响顾客对餐厅的评价,餐厅的空间布局会影响餐厅的档次,气氛,情调,所以要合理的进行空间布局。

ABSTRACT:The restaurant is an important component part of a hotel, restaurant design must first meet the customers and make customer convenience meal this basic requirements. The restaurant is basically every hotel in the main dining place. As the name implies, the restaurant is Chinese food place, then there must be elements inside China, the overall environment is China's wind, the main Chinese wind color is red, yellow and gold, decoration materials are mainly by wood. Western restaurant to restaurant just more personal preferences, restaurant general suitable young fashion crowd, compare the petty bourgeoisie, especially like the romantic, more would choose Western restaurant. Design hotel space layout quality is directly affect customer evaluation of restaurant, restaurant space layout will affect the restaurant grades, atmosphere, mood, so a reasonable space layout.
