Abstract: Along with the development of society, business became more important in our daily life. Actually, international business negotiation is the most important part of international business, and cultural differences have many effects on international business. It’s necessary to know our opponents and ourselves. And it’s significant to analyze cultural difference to find out some effective ways to deal with the adverse impacts the cross-cultural elements on international business negotiation. At the end, the paper tells us that when we are negotiating we must take well care about cultural difference, know different cultural, choose the best plan and strategy, so we can well understand each other’s advantage and disadvantage to gain cooperation.
