Abstract:The practicability of English makes oral English appears more and more important in the modern time. How to improve the speaking English instruction method to educate college students has relatively become a hot topic which pubic pay much attention to. And the college student is the students who adapt to the development of new ear and whose ability to apply oral English is become relatively stronger. The teaching purpose of college English is to cultivate the comprehensive ability of using English. According to the instruction purpose and the characteristic of the object, choosing and applying appropriate songs could bring English songs into class. And the appropriate songs combine with traditional teaching quality effectively, and they retain the pleased result. This way is what is supposed to arouse the learning interest and improve teaching quality effectively, and retain the pleased result. This paper bases on recognizing the college English instructions and the factors of emotion, analyzes the specific advantage of using songs to English instruction, through the practice on the freshmen students who major in information management in Zengchen College, and master the concrete procedure of new teaching method. Also this paper begins from the actual effect, be stress to investigate to the advantage of new teaching method and applying, and then it attempts to analyze the auxiliary functions of original English song in college oral English instruction.
