Abstract：Customer satisfaction refers to the state of mind that customers have about a company when their expectations have been met or exceeded over the lifetime of the product or service. The achievement of customer satisfaction leads to company loyalty and product repurchase. As students are customers of a university, student satisfaction is important to a university.
Student satisfaction which reflects the quality of teaching, academic reputation and student’s attitude to school life is one of measurements of the teaching effectiveness in universities. Based on related former studies, this paper suggested seven factors teaching, student work, campus environment, interpersonal relationships, teaching management, teaching conditions and school fees which would have strong influence on student satisfaction. After designing the questionnaire with those factors, researcher surveyed 300 attendants randomly from 13 colleges of Honghe University. This paper used SPSS to analyze datas. The results showed that students are less satisfied in Honghe University, in which they are strongly satisfied with campus greening and interpersonal relationships but less satisfied with teaching, management and student work. Moreover, student satisfaction with school fees and teaching conditions is low. Therefore, from now on, Honghe University should keep performance on campus afforestation and interpersonal relations related works. At the meanwhile, university should improve its performance on teaching, management, student work, school fees and teaching conditions to enhance student satisfaction in Honghe University.
