摘要:为了防止汽车刹车片频繁使用造成温度过高,设计了一款基于单片机的汽车刹车喷水降温系统。该系统主要以AT89C52单片机为核心,由温度检测单元、降温处理单元、报警显示单元、人机接口单元构成。该系统利用DS18B20一线总线型数字温度传感器、结合AT89C52单片机、LED显示模块、人机交互界面、以及采用微型水泵对刹车片进行降温处理。

   本文主要从硬件和软件两方面介绍了AT89C52单片机温度控制系统的设计思路,说明如何实现通过喷水给刹车片降温。论文的主要内容包括系统方案选择、元器件选择、硬件设计、软件设计等,并在软硬件都完成的情况下实现了初步的系统调试,文中还介绍了在单片机温度控制系统的软硬件设计中的一些主要关键技术环节。实际系统运行表明该系统工作稳定,操作方便,成本低廉,课题得以成功实现。

ABSTRACT:In order to prevent the car brakes'Temperature is too high, so I Designed automobile brake water cooling system.The system is mainly to AT89C52 microcontroller as the core, the temperature detection unit, cooling processing unit, the alarm display unit, a human interface units.The system uses DS18B20 line bus digital temperature sensor, combined with the AT89C52 microcontroller, LED display module, the man-machine interface, and the use of micro-pumps for brake pads for cooling treatment.

   This paper mainly describes the hardware and software aspects of the AT89C52 microcontroller temperature control system design ideas on how to achieve through the water spray to cool the brakes.The main contents include system program selection, component selection, hardware design, software design, and in the case of hardware and software have been completed to achieve the initial system debugging, the paper also describes the SCM temperature control system hardware and software design Some of the key technical aspects. Actual system operation shows that the system is stable, easy to operate, low cost, project implemented successfully.
